We hope you are all well as we head towards the end of 2021. 

We would like to inform you about the release of our most recent update for the ByteBlower server - 2.14!

Details can be found in this knowledgebase article 

Highlights of this new release are:

• Much closer matching with the physical ByteBlower topology without requiring any changes for the ByteBlower client.

• Advantageous in daisy-chaining and multi-trunk setups. Find more examples in this article.

• The upgrade will automatically update the config file to be compatible, but it is impossible to guess the correct physical layout. It is still necessary to manually configure your server to benefit from the new port configurations if you have a non-standard configuration. Please contact support.byteblower@excentis.com if you would like help in doing this.

Finally, the holiday season is upon us and therefore Excentis will be closed from the 25th December until the 2nd January 2022.
