It contains the following fixes/improvements:

- Support for MacOS (Big Sur): improved java runtime detection
- Improved CVC Chain calculation (handle already present pkcs#7 structure), added optional (empty) CRLs
- Fixed erroneous constraint for Guaranteed Grant Rate TLV
