Support for Interface Monitor

• API now supports the Interface Monitor feature

The interface monitor creates a counter on ByteBlower interface level. There is no need to create a ByteBlowerPort on it.

Furthermore, this also supports transmit counters allowing you to monitor all traffic sent out by the ByteBlower server on that interface! The result history and filtering possibilities extends the use cases to long-term monitoring and to monitor only specific flows. Keep an eye on the ByteBlower dashboard repository for an example of how this feature can bring you a great dashboard for monitoring your test lab!
