Troubleshooting

Introduction

If you encounter problems during the Quick Self-test, we have a couple of suggestions that could solve them.

Hardware
  1. Check that the cable is connected correctly (back-to-back) ⇒ You should see a light on at each connected port
  2. Check the port numbers match the ones selected in the GUI
  3. Try another cable



Change speeds

Go to 'Frameblasting' and click on the 'edit' tab and change the physical load

Verify if lowering the speed improves the result.
